Branderson Homes

I highly recommend Steve and the Branderson Homes team to anyone who is planning to build a transportable home in the North Island. Branderson Homes built a home for my grandparents four years ago, and a home for my parents completed recently. They are very affordable, their customer service is excellent, and their build quality is exceptional. They were great working with my family who were a bit daunted with the process, and were very accommodating of modifications to their prefabs to tailor the homes to my family's needs.

Our experience with Branderson Homes has been fantastic. From the very first communication, Steve went over and above to help us get everything exactly how we wanted it, even slightly adjusting the house layout to include some extra space for a linen cupboard. The process was so easy, Branderson handled all the council requirements and other details, and transported our new home all the way from Cambridge to Central Hawkes Bay. It was less than 6 months from when we signed with them, to when we could move in. We bought the last available section in the subdivision in our area, yet were the first to move in to a fully completed home. Even now, 18 months later, the other homes in the subdivision are still not completed. I recommend Branderson Homes to everyone.

I can't recommend Branderson Homes enough for everything that they have done for me over the years. Not only did they make the scarey process of building my 1st home at 23 with zero experience super easy, but I was actually overseas on deployment with the Navy at they time. Steve Brown went the extra mile and made everything happen without me even in the country, I didn't have to worry about anything at all!! I even came back to my house tenanted!! He kept me up to date with whole process and even though there were hurdles the whole project was completed under budget. I will without a doubt be using Branerson Homes for any future projects I have.

I had Branderson's build me a home 2018 and was so impressed with the quality of that home plus the amazingly professional customer service I had them build me another home last year. I'm absolutely over the moon with this home !!! A huge thankyou to Branderson's from their obviously quality builders through to Steve and his office team who were always so accomodating , friendly and totally professional. Four years ago Brandersons built a wonderfull home for my parents making things very easy and adjusting some of the specs to suit wheelchair use. When it became our turn for a new home and covid had hit, plus the builder shortage, it was simple to go with Brandersons again. A stressful time with covid and lock downs but they worked with us and made it happen as quickly as they were able. A great team to work with. We love our home its perfect 👌
