BLAC Design & Build

BLAC Design & Build was amazing to build with. This was our first home with them and we felt nervous at no point of the journey/build process. The team was super helpful and supportive, keeping us updated and involved throughout the build. We liked the supplier days; being utterly new to building, it was amazing to have an experience team to hold our hands throughout a lot of new decisions we had to make. The whole team is so lovely, and nothing was too hard for them. They honestly felt like family at the end of the build. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family. We hope we can build again so we can use the talented BLAC team. Bring on build no.2

We love our new home and wouldn’t change a thing. Blac made the build process so easy and enjoyable. We had a new baby at the time of the build so were sleep deprived and found it hard to make decisions but Alysha was amazing and helped guide us through the colours and kitchen design. We’d recommend Blac and would build with them again, the design is amazing and is built to such a high quality.

We feel very lucky to have built with BLAC. They are a fantastic, dedicated and passionate team with a real family vibe that shines through in the quality of their craft. They were exceptional, right from design through to checking in with us after hand over. Our brief was slightly different as we wanted to build an energy efficient home. They came to the party with everything we threw at them, which was a lot, because we had been planning and thinking about this build for 5 years before we approached them. It was such a pleasure. Building a new house can seem quite daunting and we’ve heard people say they’ll never do it again. But with BLAC we thoroughly enjoyed the process and they made it easy for us. We felt part of the team and followed the process closely. BLAC suggested some great solutions that were price efficient too, which meant we got a great looking house without using costly materials and on time. We would definitely build with them again. Although, we might not need to because we love our house so much we’re never moving!

We had a fantastic experience building our house with Blac, they took amazing care with the build to make sure we ended up with a house that is stunning. The staff that worked on site were great to deal with and allowed us to make changes as we went to ensure we ended up with a finished house that met our expectations. The Blac project management allowed us to understand the process and facilitate decision making as required and make sure any design modifications were carried out. An excellent team to work with and would happily recommend and build with again.

BLAC has done a comprehensive renovation on our 60s bungalow and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. The structural design inputs by BLAC’s architectural designer were invaluable and have truly transformed the house and the way we now live in it. BLAC‘s team not only has great complementary technical skills but also a truly positive and professional work culture which attracts likeminded tradespeople.
