These guys did some repair work on the neighbour's side of the fence. See attached photos, showing just some damage they did to our side. A small amount of this damage was done on the 1st day. Our neighbour passed along our request to use an approach that did less damage. But after they left on 3rd day, we saw that they'd gone ahead and done it anyway. So now our side of the fence needs repairing too. I know who we won't be asking to do it - and perhaps you shouldn't either.

I engaged Bespoke a few months to design and install a gate. They also strengthened an old, unstable fence facing onto my neighbour’s driveway and held together with rotten posts and visibly rusty nails. Bespoke were great to deal with and I’m very satisfied with the timeliness and overall quality of their work. The gate is awesome and there were no issues getting them back to make a minor adjustment needed. New fence posts have been installed without destroying the palings. They do not deserve the negative, non-customer review posted in relation to that work. In my view, Craig’s knowledge, communication, customer service, and professionalism are top notch. I would happily have Bespoke back and would recommend them to others.
