James recently completed a full rebuild of our balcony, stairs, and deck, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the result. Recently had Altera Build help build a new fence and deck. James is professional and reliable and reasonably priced. james helped with a lot of consultation. let us know what was feasible and economic for our project also thinking about any future issues down the road. I hired James from Altera Build to replace my aging deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Once the old deck was removed, it became clear that the underlying structure was in worse shape than we’d initially thought. James communicated the necessary changes to the plan quickly and clearly and also was happy to add some extra steps after the main deck was built. Despite some bad weather, James managed to complete the project quickly and he also completed a few other repair jobs around the house. All of the work was of a very high standard, for a reasonable price and I am very happy with results.
