3/5 stars. I'm a bit disappointed they did not finish the deck they built. And I only asked to add another timber to close the lower portion and delete the gap (please refer photo). They said they would work on it, and I patiently waited. It's been 3 months, and there has been no contact. I learned my lesson to not fully pay for the work until inspection and all discussed works have been done. I could have understood it if they said it's not included in discussed works, but the communication at all is what makes it unprofessional. Could have recommended them to my friends and collegues but changed due to this incident.

After receiving several quotes from various companies, I finally decided to work with Bhullar for the deck and concrete works at our house. The results were clean and impressive, especially the deck, which was exceptionally well-crafted. I highly recommend working with Bhullar and his team. Bhullar, in particular, is trustworthy and a good friend who really listens to customer feedback.
