When drainage (especially sewerage) goes wrong, you need someone trustworthy, dependable and pleasant to deal with - and someone who knows what they are doing. Ivan and his team were exactly what we needed at our moment of desperation. They came in and worked out of hours, until almost midnight, to keep our business open for our families (customers), then they stayed until the entire work was completed to a high standard, to code and with quality durable fittings. The original drainlayers had broken code in laying our drainage and their errors were uncovered by an emergency blockage. Ivan and his team not only cleared our blockage, but they worked with Watercare to fix the mistakes left behind by the original 'cowboys' and have left us with quality drainage and sewerage that meets regulations and has had minimal disruption to our business. We are ever so grateful for their honest, happy, can-do attitude and their collegialty when we were truly in a stink. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing drainlaying work or sewerage work. They are honest, dependable, and really good to work with. Our site was left clean, tidy and safe throughout the entire process. The issues they corrected were the original blockage (they used a camera and sophisticated machinery to clear a difficult blockage), and sanitizing the area. Then they corrected the design errors of a previous drain layer - correcting the fall of the pipe, removing a 90 degree bend that should never have been there, removing an obsolete and wrongly placed back flow valve, installing an inspection point that the previous cowboy had not done, raising a manhole (that had been wrongly buried) to ground level and co-ordinating with Watercare along the way. Then they made sure our space was safe and tidy and beautiful again. We are so grateful.
