Tried for 3 years to build a home with them, and came out with nothing. Used their recommended surveyors (Bland & Jackson) and took 3 years to get a simple subdivision completed. Poor project management the entire time, had no idea the status of anything. By the time we were ready to build the price of the house build has increased by $150k! Ended up cancelling and going with another company.
