Enquired about a 2 bedroom build and was asked to get 2 engineering reports costing almost $8k. I was then told they didn't have a contractor to complete the build. Complete time wasters, who should been up front and honest from the start. Would be very cautious using this company.

The team at A1 homes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From guiding us through the planning process in the beginning through to the end of the build, they have always been honest and helpful with answering any questions. The standard of the build is exceptional and the materials used are very high quality. Do not hesitate to consider this company if you are looking to build.

Great experience with Lloyd and Dan at A1, we have a difficult section but they made it work. House was completed earlier than expected and for a very competitive rate. Communication excellent. Highly recommend to anyone.

In October 2017 we moved into our new A1 Homes place in Huapai. We were extremely impressed with the care and service we received from Dan, Krista and Jordan. Their comunication was wonderful so we always knew what was happening. 17 weeks total to build a big house with really good quality. They use the best electricians, plumbers and painters too!
