We recently completed a seven-month renovation of our home, inside and out, with 9House Construction — and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Part of the renovation took place while we were overseas, and we felt completely confident leaving the project in their hands. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, with clear timelines, weekly site meetings, and regular updates that kept us fully informed every step of the way. Ruben and Jackson were an absolute pleasure to have on site. Always cheerful, professional, and incredibly skilled, they brought real craftsmanship to every part of the build. Ruben was especially mindful of repairing and recycling wherever possible to help keep costs down, which we really appreciated. They have a strong and reliable network with all the other trades we required. Behind the scenes, Karla kept everything running smoothly. Her organisation, coordination and attention to detail removed much of the angst associated with renovating. We can’t recommend 9House Construction highly enough. Their workmanship, communication, and professionalism made this renovation bearable. We LOVE our new home and have no intention of moving anytime soon.

We were replacing our single glazing for double glazing and then decided to do some renovations (inside and Outside) at the same time. Ruben and his team came in and did a great job. We can't fault the project management and professionalism of our project in-conjunction with the other trades. 9 House ensured timelines were maintained and quality of workmanship. We now have 3 amazing usable spaces to enjoy in our home. We were really impressed with the care around our project and the great communication every step of the way - VIP experience.
