We used Ross Collins to project manage and rebuild our house after it flooded, including adding some complex flood-proofing upgrades to external walls and drainage. Ross was tremendous to deal with in every sense. His team of builders were also excellent. The quality of the work was great. Ross is very flexible, and a problem solver, easily adapted to anything he found as the job unfolded, and incorporating a few additions we proposed, including some last minute landscaping. Ross managed all subcontractors and ensured the work was finished well, including sending a painter back to attend to things that weren’t quite finished. We were quite budget-conscious, and Ross worked hard to make savings for us where he could, bringing the job in on budget (aside from the additions we threw at him). There were no unnecessary charges from Ross. We were very happy with the final price. He is super honest, very warm and personable, responsive in communication, and thorough on the job.
