We are so happy we decided to go with T&J builders to build our home. Right from the start, the meetings planning, quoting and talking about how it was all going to work was enjoyable. Jarrod was very easy to communicate with and provided updates as needed. The build process was seamless. Tom and Jarrod have an incredible attention to detail and worked well with their tradesmen that completed plumbing etc. We are in a new sub division and hearing the horror stories from neighbours and what they went through with bigger building companies is very sad. We will 100% use T&J again for any building needs!

Tom & Jarrod recently finished building our house. From start to finish they were amazing. They took the time to get to know us and provided helpful insights and options throughout. They helped point out areas where we could save money and redirect it to more important areas. The build was completed on time and on budget. T&J Builders recently completed our new build in Rolleston. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. At first meeting Jarrod gave us great advice on the design process without any pressure to commit to the build until we were happy. As we built at a terrible time for price increases T&J were transparent and forward thought these as much as possible….even storing our plumbing gear so we could beat the price increases.
