Shane and his team at TCG did a phenomenal job with our retaining wall. Having the added element of geothermal water, Shane was quick to come up with a solution that would stand the test of time and within our budget. There were a few unexpected hurdles along the way; being a job that included a waterway, but with a solution focused mindset, this was no challenge for the team. We also experienced exceptional communication throughout the whole process along with professionalism, leaving the site in better condition than what it was before they started. We are beyond happy with our final product and can't thank the team at TCG enough! Absolutely recommend!!

Thank you to The Complete Group (TCG) for fixing my retaining wall, driveway, and drainage system — resolving one of the biggest issues at my home. The project became more challenging as the team had to dig deeper into the soil because of the steep slope and the complex structure of the driveway. Despite this, the team handled everything very smoothly and professionally. Shane and Jeremy were exceptional. Their experience and thoughtful solutions — redesigning the drainage and adjusting the slope of the driveway so that all the water now flows correctly into the drains — have made a huge difference. Thanks to their work, my home is now protected even during severe storms. On top of that, the driveway has been completely transformed. It now looks modern and stylish, and it’s no longer slippery like it was before.
