Peter and Debi were amazing to deal with when we built our home at Pegasus. The process was smooth, they always met agreed deadlines and communication was regular. We never had to chase to get updates. They built us a quality home that we have been in for four years now and are very happy with. The team were so thorough and detailed, expecting good finishes from all the trades. It was a pleasure to build with Tara Homes, and we would happily build with them again.

Two years ago I was very fortunate to build with Tara Homes and dealt solely with Debi. The process was extremely easy with Debi taking me through the build from start to finish, making sure every aspect of the build was covered, giving me great idea's and advice and keeping the build on track with an estimated finishing date which was completed on time. Every part of the build is detailed and all in writing, I was giving the options to up spec if I wanted and I was directed to locally owned companies to pick out the finishing;s required to finish the build. One of the many pluses dealing with Tara Homes was that they used locally sourced materials, have their own builders and skilled contractors, kept the communication lines open, produced a beautiful finished and clean home to me on a fully landscaped and fenced section, the complete package. Their after build service and warranties were also of a high standard and I would build again with them if the chance arises. Thank you Tara Homes and Debi.

An amazing company to build with. We chose Tara homes to build our first home and Peter, Debi and David were all amazing to deal with and communicate with. Peter went out of his way to show us through a house they'd built, meeting up with us after work etc and listened to what we wanted. Debi as the project manager was amazing, so welcoming and had some great ideas. She was always available for a chat to guide us along the process, even after work hours if required (will miss our frequent conversations haha) and made sure the build remained on track. The spec of the build is top quality and we are very happy in our warm new home. Would highly recommend Tara homes to anyone wanting to build and would happily use them again 😊

We wish to share our positive feedback on Tara Homes. A few months back we entered into an agreement with Tara Homes for a land & home package. We moved into our new home in Pegasus a little over a week ago & loving it. When we undertook this build we had friends saying are you up for this at your age, yes we are in the older bracket. This build has been nothing but smooth sailing. The day we first meet Peter we knew we would run with his company. Nothing was a problem & they went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. The Project Manager Debi has been phenomenal, she managed our build & liaised with all the suppliers for the fit out of our home. Thank you Debi for all you have done to make this such pleasurable experience. Big shout out to Millbrook Kitchens, Tony Loffhagen Landscapes, Kaiapoi Aluminium, Flooring Xtra & David along with the building team on our house build. All in all a super good experience. Highly recommended.

Tara homes built me exactly what I wanted for a fantastic price! Peter and the team did a marvelous job with the finishing touches and Deb was amazing to work and coordinate with.
