We undertook considerable due diligence of Manawatu builders (living in Wellington at that time and thus we had no 'word of mouth' references or biases). Before meeting Andrew, we researched five other Palmerston North building companies before discovering Supreme Build ltd. Our experience, from initial contact, through the planning phase, construction, excellent and very competent sub trade services and post occupation was flawless - due in no small way to Andrew's professionalism, great communications, pragmatic guidance and advice, and reliable support throughout. Having experienced rouge builders in previous house projects, our experience with Andrew was at the other end of that continuum - no anxiety, high quality materials and craftsmanship, and a home that we delight in each and every day since we moved in. I cannot recall one aspect of the entire project (time, cost, support, communications, professionalism) that caused any concern. Our build was a delightful experience. We found Andrew and his team extremely professional from the design stage to the completion of our new house. Communication was excellent and any small alterations were done without hassle. We have just had our beautiful new home completed by Supreme Build. We are over the moon with the result and cannot recommend Andrew and his team enough. Andrew has a keen eye for detail and quality and the finish was flawless. He has a very easygoing, calm nature, so nothing seems to rattle him, and he has the ability to find solutions to problems without you even realising there was a problem in the first place. We live in Australia (built our house at Foxton Beach), and most of the communication was done through email. Andrew was very helpful and communicative and answered our many questions from the beginning which gave us the confidence to proceed.
