Nicola and I found Ben and his team to be professional with out fault. Ben really took the time to understand what we wanted to do to our Dwelling. From a detailed Quote to the renovation its self was completed to a faultless standard. Rise Residential completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation for us. Ben and Caleb were very professional and organised throughout the six-week project. Ben was great with communication, keeping me informed each week about the completed work and what to expect the following week. Any concerns were promptly addressed, and any changes requested were clearly communicated with cost details before the work commenced. We obtained three quotes before selecting Rise Residential. They were very accommodating, working around the presence of an elderly couple living in the house during the repairs. The project was completed within budget and finished a few days ahead of schedule. They did an amazing job transforming an old 1970’s style looking kitchen and bathroom to a bright modern looking one that is more spacious and practical to use. Rise Residential built an extension to our 1920s house in Somerfield earlier this year. From our first meeting, Ben impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and hard work. He always had a solution for the challenges that come with work on an older house. Ben and Caleb also pulled out all the stops to get our house completed on a tight timeframe before our baby arrived. We used rise residential for a renovation of our home. Straight off the bat we found Ben the owner to be highly organized, efficient and price competitive. Ben and Caleb are a fantastic team and quickly had their work ethic noted by not just us but also all our neighbours who were impressed! We felt very comfortable with both of them working in our house as we lived in for the renovation , which I feel like is a testament to what great guys they are. Any issues that came up (as they always will Renovating an older home) were quickly and easily dealt with by Ben without any real added stress which we appreciated. We also appreciated that Ben kept within our budget and also somehow with a lot of rain largely to his timeline! Rises sub contractors we also couldn’t speak of highly enough.. people that actually care about doing a good job! Any future work that needs doing on our house we will be straight on the phone to Rise, and would highly recommend them to others.
