After being stuck with so many ideas and no true concept of what was feasible on our property, Nick came to our place and spent a good hour with us listening to our ideas and giving us lots of valuable feedback! We have used Nick to do two complete substantial renovations and one potential renovation which was about to proceed when we suddenly needed to move areas. Our experience with Nick and his team has always been a positive one, we have been more than pleased with the results. Nick provided some detailed and extensive free advice on the process for splitting a single dwelling into a multi dwelling. He's very friendly and enthusiastic. If I was to purchase the house in question, I'd definitely look to take on Nick's services to guide me through the WCC consenting process and the build.
