I was extremely please with the way Lia and Refresh Renovations carry out the extension at my property, that I had no hesitation in asking Lia and her team to renovate my bathroom. The service from design to the finish bathroom, the approach, attention to detail and professionalism as well as the communication was as good as the first time, the quality of the workmanship was again to a very high standard. We would challenge you to try and find such a tightly-knit team anywhere for both practical and professional expertise. Can we identify some of the particular skills which really impressed us. (1) Great listening skills to understand the scope of the job as we saw it from the start and from lots of important angles; time-frame, cost-estimate, aesthetic/creative detailing and sensitively suggesting alternatives where thought necessary or desirable. (2)The team seemed to quite quickly build-up a notion of the completed job which enabledsensible and efficient coordination of all expertise and skills required, in what combination and order which facilitated a problem-solving mindset. (3) Ready-access to experienced, willing and effective trades-people and companies all seemingly used to working and cooperating with and around one-another. (4) A real readiness to consider adjustments as required. (5) Demonstrated in numerous ways an ability to remain within estimates/budget. . They left zero impression that we were in any way being over-charged.. In a word: trustworthy. (6)They seem to have access to preferred terms and service with many major wholesalers/ retailers and have good knowledge about accessing all sort of hardware/furniture countrywide. (7) We would recommend highly Lia , Tina , and Nima and all who worked on our renovation project .

I would never have been able to do my recent project of a kitchen and ensuite renovation without the invaluable advice and support of the team from Refresh. In particular Tina my Designer always went above and beyond to assist me in making good choices and finding solutions to making my vision a reality. She and Nima the Project Manager were a fantastic team and always on hand to assist. the whole team worked together and were happy to add a few extra jobs that came up during this renovation. My new look kitchen in particular is a joy to work in. Thank you team Refresh.

We highly recommend the ladies at Refresh Renovations (Tina, Nima & Lia) if doing a renovation at your home. After making contact with Refresh Renovations a meeting with designer Tina was promptly made. Tina had some good ideas regarding our kitchen Reno that we didn’t even think of, her recommendations and design ideas certainly paid off as we now have a lovely modern kitchen. Once the agreement to do our work was signed we received a scheduled time-line showing what work and by whom would be done each day over the planned four week period. Nima was amazing and promptly answered any questions we had during the reno. We were late in organising our kitchen reno and hoped we could get it completed before Xmas which it was. The project began on the day it was scheduled and it was all finished on the last day of the planned schedule. We were impressed with some of the tradies used in our kitchen reno that Refresh Renovations use, namely the kitchen joiner who was very professional and had good ideas too, also a very friendly builder and electrician who both were happy to do some little extra’s to the original plan. Highly recommend these ladies.

We have recently completed a large skylight replacement project for Lia and Tina at Refresh Renovations as a subcontractor. Highly recommend, from the initial site meeting they listened to our recommendations of design and the communication from Lia and project manager Nima throughout the project was extremely clear and efficient - Their client onsite also mentioned this.
