Refresh Renovations Auckland Central - Saleem Bhikoo

We had an excellent experience with Saleem from Refresh Renovations. We wanted two custom bay window seats, and they turned out better than we could have imagined. Saleem was able to get us a quote promptly - which was quite reasonable. We cut costs by painting ourselves and DIYing the cushions. The whole process from initial consultation to installation took about a month, not bad for custom work! The seats are sturdy with plenty of storage, they suit the space perfectly. I would 100% work with them again.

Fantastic job, professional, great communication and self service portal to manage the project. I asked three companies for quotes for a laundry/butlers pantry renovation. Saleem was the only one to follow up work more Q's and then quote. I had to chase two other companies to even quote. Right throughout the process from initial consultation to completion, Saleem and his contractors were spot on for comms, managing each stage and keeping me up to date Their "project portal" gave me as much information as I needed, but they ensured I was always up to speed. In the end we also changed kitchen cabinets and hardware. Sooo happy and would recommend Saleem and Refresh to anyone interested in any renovation projects.

We worked with Saleem and his team on the renovation of our kitchen, laundry and hallway, two bathrooms and lounge. It required design work, stripping everything out and upgrading all areas. Our experience was extremely good and we would have no hesitation in recommending Saleem. The communication was very good, both in person and via emails and so forth. We found the online system really good. The quality of the work is very high. The site was kept clean and tidy throughout, and checks on quality were regularly undertaken as the works progressed. We completed on time, even with Covid 19 being a consideration. There were no delays and they were actually able to install the kitchen earlier than planned. We would definitely work with Saleem and the team again in the future. And it was fun!
