One 95sqm and one 70sqm QuickBuild Kitset were built on my property in Palmerston North. I was amazed that Jonathan and team were able to erect their shells within 10 days. They were very professional throughout the process and even built the decks between these 2 houses in quick time also. These houses were rented out without any complaint about the build from the tenants. The aftersales service by Jonathan was excellent. When I put up my property for sale this year 2025, he came to view and provided some materials so that the houses looked really good which were since sold in good time. Absolutely awesome. Jonathon was great throughout the process, very patient. And what can we say about Matthew and Tyler? Superb, tireless, machines, I don't know how they did it! Blazing hot sun and they had it up from floor to roof, all internal walls and windows and doors in in three days, my neighbours and ourselves were amazed. Great company, great product. Jonathan and the entire Quickbuild team was a true pleasure to deal with - their promptness, fairness and willingness to go the extra mile far exceeded our expectations. Together we promptly dealt with a few curveballs: council staff lack of experience with MBIE multi proof kit sets, ferry sailing cancellations, driveway proving too difficult to navigate, weather delays, no pump on cement truck, etc.etc. Seeing the house take shape in not much more than one week was amazing. We were extremely happy with the shell build option. Though things slowed down a bit afterwards, what with limited availability of local builders and thus us doing the bulk of the grunt work - we still made it from breaking ground to final Code of Compliance Certificate issued in barely 13 weeks! Awesome experience.

We have been living in our 60sqm, 2 bedroom home for three months and we love it. It's well built, warm, cosy and looks great. We opted for the shell build which was both affordable and then gave us the ability to finish it how we wanted. We cannot speak highly enough about the QuickBuild team. Jonathan, Sarah and the crew were outstanding with their service and professionalism. They were with us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble.
