Go to the Show Home It wasn't till we went and looked inside the Show Home, that we were certain, this is the best choice for us. You get all the guidance you need from the amazing team Once the house is put on the piles, you can move stuff in and organize all your connections. Great modern, well thought out designs. If looking for a transportable home, totally recommend viewing Presidential homes

I purchased a three bedroom presidential home in 2023 (Ordered 2022). The service through the whole process was outstanding, everything from consenting to guidance throughout the building process. The house was delivered and any small blemishes or cracks from the move (To be expected) were promptly fixed and painted (service included). They even provided additional paint for later use. The final product is amazing, a well designed house that makes the most of the space and has three sizeable bedrooms with two bathrooms. I cannot recommend presidential homes more highly as the house is of high quality, great service from their staff and a price far lower than if I had it built on site.

Building is a huge decision. The team Keith, Emily, Steph and Jordan take all the pain away. They walk you through the whole process, before, during and after, with awesome contract partners. Dependable, reassuring and experts in their fields, nothing is too much. I can see why customers build more than once with Presidential! Thanks team, love our new home!
