Had an onsite quote with Michael who did not seem interested or wanted to be there. Provide no ideas or feedback and subsequently never received a quote as requested.

Precision Bathrooms have changed our small dated bathroom into an attractive, workable space. From the time Mike Baker walked in the door, he listened. He heard what we hoped to achieve. He respected our ideas and modified and added to them, explaining alternatives we may find useful. There was a lot of discussion. Before the work started we were given a day-by-day account of what would be done. All the workers in Mike's team were on schedule, hard working, and respectful of our space. As work progressed there was a lot of dialogue as decisions needed to be made. The whole experience was trouble free. We wholeheartedly recommend Precision Bathrooms for a problem free experience, and an absolutely beautiful bathroom.

Precision bathrooms completely renovated our ensuite bathroom. Following acceptance of the quote Mike Baker provided a start date and a detailed three week work program. He met us at Elite bathrooms showroom and assisted and advised in the selection of products which was extremely helpful. The total renovation was excellently managed with the work being completed on time. Mike and his teams were great. They were punctual, Mike gave a clear overview of what was being done each day and everyone involved was pleasant, considerate and efficient. It took all the potential stress of coordinating the variety of work and people away from us, and always felt like we were in good hands. We found Mike at Precision bathrooms via Google search. After checking out a few other companies we decided to accept Mike's offer as it was obvious he was someone with a lot of experience and knowledge in the area and we felt we could trust him. We were right. From the start we had a clear communucation and plan what is to happen, day by day and hour by hour and the plan was followed with no delays. Every small detail was discussed and explained. Mike was always accommodating and available to help and advise us on all the choices we had to make and always prompt in replying. The work everyone did - the builders, tilers, painters, electricians was of very high quality and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We now have a beautiful new bathroom. When the time comes to renovate another bathroom we will call Mike again, no doubt. Thank you!
