What an amazing job! I just want to thanks Kelly and Ringo for their great work with our for floor tiles right from the start. The quote process was easy to understand. I had a delay to start the work which they were totally understanding. Very careful with our other floors when he was removing the old tiling and brought drop sheets to cover the surrounding areas before Ringo got started. Ringo is a hard worker and you can tell by the quality of his work. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks Ringo!

I found Ringo on the No Cowboy website. I spent a lot of time researching and evaluating several contractors. I also paid close attention to whether each tradesperson who came to assess the job was truly professional or just casually giving a quote. After careful consideration, we ultimately chose Ringo to carry out the work. One thing that really touched me was that we only have one bathroom at home, which meant that during the renovation, everyone would have to find somewhere else to shower. I mentioned to Ringo that I’d be traveling overseas with my kids during a certain period and asked if the renovation could be scheduled during that time. Ringo was incredibly considerate—he started the demolition on the very first day we left and had everything completed the day before we returned. That saved us the hassle of having to shower outside during the cold winter. I'm truly grateful to Ringo. Just like other reviews mentioned, Ringo sent us photos after each stage of the work to keep us updated on the progress, which made us feel very reassured. One minor downside is that communication with Ringo does take a bit of effort. He gave us many assurances—though mostly verbal—we still felt a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. That’s why I’m more than happy to write this positive review and will definitely recommend him to others in the future.

I highly reconmend Ringo to do a bathroom job if you need. As the job he did is excellent. The tiles look very nice, and I think the waterproofing was done really well. And he was always on time, and easy to deal with, and left everything clean.

Ringo and his team have done an excellent job to helped us renovating our 2 bathrooms. From providing the quote to the completion of the job, Ringo was very polite, punctual, pleasure to dealing with. He has great communication throughout the job and clean up after every part of the job done. I was very impressed with Ringo when he first come to our place carefully measure our bathrooms and provided very details quote that breakdown all cost involved for our renovation and importantly at very competitive rates compared to others. The renovation was done perfectly. Thank you so much, Ringo and the team for an outstanding job!!! We would definitely use Ringo and his team again without second thoughts. If you want to deal with a professional tradesman, very competitive cost and get an outstanding finish, i am highly recommend Ringo and his team.
