We contacted Next Group on the recommendation of a local electrician to install a new, wall-mounted tv and to upgrade our security system. What an excellent recommendation it was! From "go to whoa" Next Group delivered outstanding service. It started with a prompt response to our initial call made in the depths of the Christmas holiday period followed by a detailed estimate and then, a few days later, a technician in the house to complete the work (Next Group supplied the tv, too). Installation for both jobs took less than a day-and-a-half, and there were no unexpected additional costs. The house was left tidy, and we now have a wee home that seems a lot bigger with the tv on the wall. Everyone at Next Group, including the office, were very approachable, happy to discuss options, and, importantly, kept us updated on their timings so that we could make our own plans with confidence. Next Group deserves "high fives" doubled!

Superb job from the team at Next Group installing five TVs in our new home. Some extra care was needed thanks to some strange design decisions from the previous owner but the level of expertise and customer care from the team was greatly appreciated. They hid all the wires and cables and screened them where possible. They even hung a floating shelf for my son and his Xbox. They even went the extra mile to sort out the shonky fire and burglar alarm system. It was a great job and would highly recommend them again.

Had a couple of guys come out and mount my Samsung Smart Frame TV. Awesome job and was talked through the whole process, advised on best positioning and all cleaned up after. My OCD was happy. Thanks guys!

Prompt and professional service would highly recommend. Quote was received the same day and fast installation date set soon after. The team onsite were great to deal with showing me how to use our new system and have followed to check in. Have used other cameras in the past and their one is the best we have found.
