We're a manufacturer in Wanganui , its been 2 years waiting for different people to do the job, until we came across Eddie & Modscape - Picture is of a tricky little ramp - this wasn't a cut and shut job. Eddie has the brains, courage and creativity to quote it and make it happen, he truly listens to the customer and our ideas (can't overemphsize this point enough - its of value to us) We'd highly recommend Eddie & Modscape - on Commercial work, to get the job complete, ontime & in full. Eddie and his team did amazing job with significantly improving the living conditions on our home and section. Once I fully understood the scope of what Modscape could provide, with confidence, I was able to include them in a lot more than originally intended. What started off as wanting to level the backyard lawn and removing some rubbish, turned into a lot more, such as new baseboards for our just repiled house, piles / bearers for the new cabin, concreting a new driveway, new front fence and gates, new stairs for all entry / exit points, and a new balustrade for the front porch. Eddie's quotes, sent by email, were very good. Marty, Ryder and Simon worked well together. They were a pleasure to have on our property, and my three little girls would always look forward to seeing them. Excellent workmanship and excellent communications. PROJECT: Driveway, turning circle, base for future garage an retaining wall. It was a fantastic experience dealing with Eddie and his team. He ensured that he understood all of our requirements. Watching from the start the ideas we had being transformed into reality was amazing. Finally a driveway after 6 years of sliding along a paddock. I can't recommend Eddie highly enough.

Wonderful team of Eddie's.He put in a good quote (in email) and stuck to his price including GST.. Any later deviation was due to more materials and labour being required that was discussed with us. Marty and Ryder worked well together and a pleasure to have on our property. Great building ideas,workmanship and not Cowboys. They used excellent products and built under current code, with Marty's meticulous attention to detail and design for our new Kwila deck and boardwalk. We highly recommend Modscape . Jo , Al and Ant

Modscape wonderful. It was no problem to them to track all the way out to mine with digger and trailer and get the job done. Great team, worked to solve my problems and did it with good humour. They 'got it' too when I said I wanted 'abstract hills'. Work that was in my 4 year plan got done in a morning. With finesse and care for my plants.
