Jen & Russ + Tom/Steve our builders were amazing to work with. The fact they took the time to actually/deeply understand the remedial work we needed to do, rather than simply quote a massive renovation like the two firms we spoke to before them, meant we ended up spending only 5-10% of what we were expecting, while achieving the same result. Is that good business? Probably, because we will now make sure they do all our future jobs and recommend them to anyone who asks, in the knowledge they have super high integrity. We decided to use Russell and his team to carry out our bathroom renovation for us in October after consulting with other companies. Right from the first meeting with Russell to the preliminary walk through with Jennifer, Peter, Finn and Ben, we found them to be excellent in terms of ideas and suggestions for our re-fit, but also listened to what we needed as well. Communication was a key factor for us. Big shout out to Carlo also, for micro-managing all the subbies while on site and treating our house like his own. Very happy with the result.

Russ, Jen and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! They came into a flood damaged home, with half walls missing and have worked alongside us to create a modern and upgraded home to our dreams! As our first time renovating they really have made it easy for us to renovate in the future and we even picked up some new skills along the way from the team! Big shout out to Tony, Jordy, Ben and Finn for the hard work to the house and even being super respectful while I was doing overnights! Can't thank them enough and so happy to have our home back after over a year!
