Contracted by them to complete work. Didn't pay there bill after completion. Lied about who and when it was going to be paid and completely mislead us. We managed to get payment for 1 of the 2 jobs by going directly to the client they were working for. Despite the negative reviews we put trust in Eric and his team and they have ripped us off, we have made multiple attempts to contact them to which they have either avoided our contact or lied about when payment was coming. We understand it can be hard times for businesses at the moment and would have accepted a payment plan if they were struggling to come up with the funds. Would highly recommend avoiding this untrustworthy company either as a customer or as a contractor!

Bathroom renovation. The whole process with them was a nightmare..they ordered the wrong shower...and did not order other items. We ended up fixing their mistakes ourselves. The finish of the job was very average with some areas not painted at all like the bathroom door. Overall a very poor work and expensive. Not recomended.

On a years old Lawson Homes job, what initially appeared to be an existing concrete spa pool pad revealed that several tonnes of concrete and construction rubble had been poured over a concealed timber deck. This trapped moisture and led to significant structural deterioration. Beneath the deck, critical water pipes and electrical cables were also buried and inaccessible. The structure was overloaded beyond what it was designed for, creating a serious risk of failure.
