I've bought three planters from Nick, one being custom made. Nick is a lovely friendly knowledgeable man. He is extremely conscientious, honest, trustworthy and reliable. He makes perfect planters at perfect prices and provides a perfect service. I highly recommend him.

Nick reroofed our pergola at our house with a coloursteel roof. His workmanship and communication was outstanding and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We would happily use Nick again for another job.

Nick has impressed me with his splendid workmanship and top notch finished product, but also with his great attitude. I know that with him I will get just what I asked for as well as a good fair price. He also honors his start dates. He built a deck over 15m long for us and included custom "pockets" for my climbing roses to grow out of with removable frames - very much appreciated details. I have a large trellis on order and will have other projects for him to do - I only wish I could convince him to start pouring concrete, laying tile and rebuilding bathrooms! I highly recommend him to one and all.

I can't recommend Nick's work and customer service highly enough. We asked him for a sandpit for our kids at the weekend, and it was built, delivered and installed, sand included, by the following weekend. He was easy to communicate with throughout, always prompt at replying to emails, and extremely courteous. The sandpit is great quality, very sturdy, and looks fab - its a big hit with the kids too! We will certainly be using Green Man Wood for anything similar that we need in the future and I would recommend him to others without reservation. Thanks Nick

Nick built 3 custom planters for us, all completed promptly. He cheerfully changed the original plan to suit the area. The completed planters are well constructed and very robust. We were so happy with the end result we contracted Nick to construct a Stratco Good Neighbour boundary fence also. This was well built and a neat and tidy job, with the concrete nib all professionally finished. The site was left clean and tidy when he finished. Confidently recommend Nick for planters and fences.
