Hayden was very thorough in the building inspection needed to buy the house. His documentation was impeccable and had multiple pictures to show his explanation. When I didn't understand something, I called him and he was very clear (and used simplistic words because I am not a builder) and let me know what exactly needed doing. I then used this document to show the builder what work needed to be done. Couldn't fault his work at all. Highly recommend if you're buying a house and need an inspection.
