Decks Reserve

We slept on the free campsite next to the park which was really nice and quite the first night, but than on February 16th a group of frustrated woman arrived at 6 in the morning after heavy rain all night 😄 and started to do "sport" right next to the campervan where people slept. I didn't see something so rude since a long time!!! The park is really big enough and it's totally unnecessary to play so loud music so early right next to sleeping people. For me it looks like they did it for sure with purpose as they have nothing else to do in their pathetic life. Greetings

Open ground and central.park for Motueka. History trail and children's playground. Next to Library, Visitors centre. Community Centre and parking area that holds llthe Motueka Market on Sunday. Less picnic tables with big new library but still a large open space and lots of exotic and native trees .Public toiletsin library and by visitors centre No sports fields. Parking in 2 areas by library and central car park. 2 hour limit in some areas.

Great playground, amazing informative plaques placed along footpaths regarding the region's history. I found them really interesting.

Nice play ground for the two year old. She really enjoyed it now she's 3 and a half. 31st Dec 2022, At the library next to Decks Reserve 1st April 2023 Rainy Saturday getting library books.
