Steven has been extremely helpful and accomodating with my efforts to buy my first home. He has guided me through the overall process, consulting on changes through the construction phase and being transparent with overall comms. We just popped in one rainy day of Sept in Classic Home Builders office in Ramarama and met this smiling man Steven Singh. We told him that we are downsizing house and he showed us the house we are looking that’s perfect it’s like our dream house. No hassle everything is laid of our table. The house in Hunua Views are structurally build to last a lifetime. High quality in all areas. Thank you Steven and now we are the proud owner of this property. Met Steven at the right time. Off to a property we wanted to buy but decided to pass by the one we got now. Met Steve, very lovely guy and showed us the place. We were looking at new build options as they offered a 10% deposit. Out of all the building companies and open homes we visited in Hunua Views, Steven, the Classic Builders Building Consultant, was by far the most friendly and approachable. He was incredibly accommodating, showing us several options, walking us through the plans for the development over time, and taking us through a completed spec home. He even took the time to show our extended family through the home a second time. Seeing a finished home really helped seal the deal for us. Steven kept in regular contact throughout the sales journey, and we’re extremely happy with the section we chose. Once we locked in the section, Lucy, the Interior Designer, and Sarah, the Build Support Manager, were fantastic to work with. We really enjoyed selecting interior colours and making variations to suit our style, helping the home feel more our own from the very start. Being in before Christmas was an amazing bonus. The subcontractors were also great to deal with, especially James from Power-it Electrical and Nick from BaseUp. A special shout-out to Kane, our Construction Manager. He was incredible to deal with and was always just a call, text, or email away for any questions or changes. We also really appreciated the regular build updates. His approachable nature made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and he worked closely with external companies to ensure everything was ready for settlement. Even after settlement, Kane was there to help when we needed it. We’re so grateful to the Classic Builders South Auckland team and couldn’t be happier with our new home.
