Eduard, Jessie and team were fabulous. Great n caring people to deal with, extremely professional approach to all parts of their work. Very tidy, clean up after each day of work, a rare quality with today's trademen. They did an incredible job of our house which we are so proud of now. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy, reliable, honest, hard-working tradie In this world but hey look no further Ed and his crew are here. From the moment I had my first contact with Ed I knew he was genuine. I got quotes from every other Cedar restoration company and had conversations with them. I had basically made up my mind with who I was going to go with and then by chance I spoke to Ed from Cedar Master. Ed came over and gave me a quote and his quote was not the cheapest but I got this really good vibe from our conversation and I kept thinking about the process of his work and how he explained everything in detail. I decided the next day that Ed would get the job done correctly so I cancelled the other company. Cheapest is not always the best option. Ed and his crew went above and beyond and they did so many extra jobs without hesitation. They even completed work that wasn’t on the job list but saw that it needed to be done. I have noticed little small things they fixed and I’m really truly grateful my DIY days are gone. Ed consulted all the way through the job and his communication was perfect, he kept in touch every step of the way. Ed was able to put me in touch with an excellent builder who also has great workmanship ethic who also cares about your home. Eduard and the team at Cedar Master did a great job of reviving our weatherboards which had been sadly neglected for 20 years. The transformation of the cedar boards, kwila decking and cedar front door is amazing - we love it!
