Bunnings East Tāmaki Trade Centre

Who organizes deliveries? What a useless service, waited nearly a week after we got the message that it was ready for delivery. Going to use it and they've sent silicone without a nozzle! How hard is it to make sure what you're packing has all it's parts? I guess that's what we get for going with Bunnings. Disgusting lack of service. Always the best price though. If that helps.

Arrived at 05:55 and the boys were ready to go ... my order was strapped and loaded on my van before I got back with a coffee. Lady at the front desk let me know i was one item short which helped heeps as I needed the exact amount getting ready for an inspection. I was back at site before 7. Cheers to the staff at bunnings trade est tamaki.

Very disappointing experience – I won’t be returning. There were a few Asian girls in the office who seemed more like decoration — they didn’t greet us, didn’t offer any help, and appeared unsure of what they were doing. While some staff members were initially friendly, assuming we were easy to talk to because we’re Asian, the overall experience turned unpleasant quickly. The girls were extremely rude, and the store manager was even worse — pointing at me and telling me to leave simply because I didn’t have an appointment. I was treated with no respect and ended up leaving in tears. No one, not even a stranger, deserves to be treated like that.
