Most recently they have done renovation work ie internal and external maintenance and repairs, eternal house and garage roof painting etc to our buildings at GEMS Seaside Lodge in Ahipara in The Far North. With this particular upgrade Phill project managed the various builders, painters, roofers, scaffolders and solar panels installer workers involved. We have had the greatest service from Phil and Emma. The communitcation has been wonderful and their knowledge great. As absent customers due to job and distance hurdles, they have kept us infromed all the way through.
