Best renovation experience we have ever had that was on time and to budget. The experience was very easy all the way from the initial consult with Michael to the design and bathroom choices with Georgia to our experience during the build with Trent and all the trades that came in like clockwork after each other. Each trade an expert in their field doing an amazing job with allot of attention to detail. We’ve had a few renovations in the last few years and always had a feeling at the end that it was good but the finishing wasn’t a show home finish which you would expect if it was a complete reno of the space. No such worries here. The Bathrooms by Elite team delivered beyond our expectations with everything to the highest standards. Lionel set a very high standard for any future builders we will have. Thanks Trent for being so responsive to any queries and the extra touches like dropping off your spare Woolworths blocks for our girls. They loved it :-) I highly recommend Bathrooms by Elite. Had an amazing renovation experience for 2 bathrooms and laundry room with the Bathrooms By Elite team (working with Georgia and Michael), very pleased with the process and outcomes. They were communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, extremely responsive to all questions and queries, all their tradies were tidy with good attention to detail. Would highly recommend and definitely would work with again if ever planning another renovation.

He kept me well informed and addressed any problems straight away. All the contractors were excellent. I really appreciated the builder taking special care in the upstairs bathroom to get the complicated ceiling and wall angles aligned. The tiler did a perfect job. It took me a while to decide to renovate my 30 year old tired bathroom and ensuite. At first I was only going to sort out the ensuite, kind of pushed into that when the shower in the ensuite started to leak. I didn't want a quick fix, I wanted an ensuite that would last me. It's not a cheap endeavor to embatk on, I really wanted these rooms put together properly. I went out to Elite Bathrooms show room on a Saturday and it was so busy and I was immediately overwhelmed. Luckily for me the following Friday I came back, wandered around and got some ideas. I was introduced to Georgia who discussed with me what I wanted and she came to my home to measure the rooms. I was aiming for the ensuite to be done, but took the plunge to renovate one bathroom after the other, both a reflection of each other. My thinking was, I'd probably procrastinate and then, if I hadn't sorted both, it would be just that much harder to start the renovation in the main bathroom. I showed Georgia what I liked and she helped me formulate a design for each room and decide on taps, showers, vanities etc. All the nice stuff. She was such a pleasure to speak with. But what you've really got to recognise is the underlying stages of getting a bathroom to be code compliant and built properly. I would like to thank- Lionel, my builder; Neil, my plumber, who also installed a new code compliant water heater, as an add on for me. Zach, who did my electrical work. Nick, who did all the stopping work. George for his tiling skills and my two painters- Thum and Tu. All these blokes with their skills, we're so easy to have in my home. Lovely to talk to and did such a great job for me. I was able to head to work and leave them to work away with confidence, my home was being respected and looked after. Everything and everyone coordinated by Trent who was my project manager. Of course you have blips along the way, any project does, but nothing was a hassle for Trent. He answered my questions, as did, all the blokes working for me. Everything was dealt with so well. Nothing was too much trouble for Trent. He is easy to talk to, easy to contact and again, it was a pleasure to have him working in my home and chat with him. I would recommend, if you want to renovate a bathroom, no matter, how small, how simple, how complicated, these guys can help you. Sorted a toilet when I wanted a different one in the main bathroom and advised me on my question about replacing an older water cylinder. Sorted and sourced, the water heater and got Neil to install it for me. I'm impressed with how I was treated, how great it was to chat, ask questions, get answers from all the blokes who worked here, and on top of that be impressed by the work these clever blokes do. I'm extremely happy I employed Elite bathrooms to make two beautiful bathrooms for me.
