Bathrooms and Kitchens North Shore

I highly, highly recommend Bathrooms and Kitchens North Shore - I had them in to renovate our bathroom, W/C and ensuite and their service was faultless. The renovation was managed brilliantly and they were also responsive to any changes I wanted to make, like a last mintue decision to tile the ensuite to the ceiling instead of halfway! The quality of the work was flawless and I am so thrilled with the results. Excellent communication and tradespeople were used and the project was completed on budget as it was quoted accurately as well. From Chaos to Craftsmanship After a deeply disappointing experience with a previous builder that forced me to cancel mid-project, I was left disheartened and skeptical about ever getting the bathroom I’d envisioned. But then came Jason, Gerhard, and their team, and everything changed. From the moment they stepped in, I felt a shift. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the project immediately began to restore my faith. They didn’t just take over a mess. They transformed it into something beautiful. Sam (Builder) didn’t just build. He rebuilt. He had to undo and redo poor workmanship left behind by the previous builder, including removing a subfloor made from incorrect materials and redoing existing jib work that had been improperly installed. His commitment to doing things the right way, with no shortcuts, was evident in every step. Thanks to Sam, the foundation of the renovation was solid—literally and figuratively. Reece and Sam (Plumbers) tackled the plumbing with precision and efficiency, fixing issues left behind and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail and respect for my home didn’t go unnoticed. Ivan (Electrician) brought light, both literally and figuratively. He rewired and installed with such finesse that the space now feels brighter, safer, and more modern than I ever imagined. Carlos and Ken (Plasterers) worked magic on the walls. Their craftsmanship was top-tier. James (Painter) brought the final touch of elegance. Mike (Tiler) and his team created tiling that is a work of art. Every line is perfect, every tile placed with care. The floor and walls now have a luxurious feel that completely transformed the room. Caleb (Shower Glass Installer) delivered an installation that was the cherry on top. Sleek, sturdy, and beautifully fitted, his work added that final layer of polish that made the bathroom feel complete. This team didn’t just renovate a bathroom. They rebuilt my trust. Every person involved brought skill, integrity, and pride to their work. What started as a nightmare ended as a dream come true. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Highly recommend these guys. So glad I came across them when needing a full new bathroom due to a leak and rotten flooring. Jason, Gerhard, David and the rest of the guys were amazing to deal with. Took all the stress out of the job and each tradie was super efficient and on time. I completely trusted them to do the work while we were away and they took excellent care of our space. We asked Jason to give us a quote for a garage conversion and he was extremely helpful and responsive. Our project wasn’t the right fit but Jason connected us to a builder who could take on the job. Very professional to deal with and will absolutely contact Jason for future projects.

Jason and his team from Bathroom and Kitchens were superb to deal with. They completed both a bathroom and kitchen renovation for me prior to the end of 2020. The whole project was completed within 4 weeks to a brilliant standard and has left me with a modern, beautiful new kitchen and bathroom that is exactly what I was looking for, Gerhard, who project managed the project was great to deal with, no question was an issue and he took the stress out of the project. The team put forward solutions to problems incurred, and offered their advice on the little things that make a real difference to the overall project.
