I had 2.5 bathrooms that needed a facelift without breaking the bank (which another bathroom company certainly offered to do!) Mark and his team were very responsive and helpful at all times and the end result was exactly what I wanted.

Highly recommend. We have used the company twice. A few years ago Mark came to install a new wash basin; and more recently Mark sent Ryan to replace our old hot water cylinder. Ryan discussed different options to our problem and we landed on a good solid solution. Service was beyond expectation. They are reliable and trustworthy people. Great communication and reasonably priced.

A big thank-you to Mark, his building team and all the associated subbies for the work on my really tiny bathroom. From the web-site I expected the transformation to be fantastic, but it is so much more than I was anticipating. While it was not a big job, it was a major deal for me. Even though it took a bit longer than planned as we persevered through Covid restrictions, now it is finished, I am delighted. The workmanship, responsiveness and professionalism of everyone was top-rate. I was happy to have courteous, reliable and cheerful tradies in my home, and they have delivered me a stunning Christmas present! I highly recommend BBC, and my thanks to all.

Unsatisfactory service: the company did not address the tap issues despite multiple calls and text messages. However, when they ask for payment, they expect it promptly. I do not recommend this company.
