I was impressed from day one! Via phone call I spoke with John explaining the urgency of the rebuild of the deck on my rental property that was needed in regard to the safety of my tenants. He visited the property at the end of the day, which showed he took my concerns seriously. He mentioned it would take about 5 weeks - giving a start and finish date, and despite solid rain for many days, he and Sam worked through it all to honour their commitment. As my tenants work from home - John and Sam worked without music in an effort to make life easier for my tenants. Michelle (John's wife) kept me up to date with progress reports, etc. along the way, and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. They are a fantastic team and the job was carried out professionally and seamlessly from start to finish. The workmanship is exemplary!! John picked up on a couple of issues on the property itself and arranged for them to be sorted - for which I am very grateful. The whole process was done without me meeting John as I live out of town. I cannot recommend Balmain Builders highly enough. Thank you John, Sam and Michelle.
