Awanui Architecture

I engaged with Naeri to undertake architectural work in support of renovations to a 1908 villa. The existing layout and site orientation presented a couple of challenges that had been troubling me for some time. Naeri was excellent to work with and a very good listener. She quickly understood what end result I was trying to achieve. Naeri has a very good understanding of spatial layout and offered to explore a few concepts first before commiting to a firm design. I found this tremendously valuable as it allowed us to refine a chosen design both in terms of layout and in terms of size. Her final design delivers to all of my requirements and allows the house to benefit from all aspects of its site. I am very satisfied with her work and look forward to it being realised in construction. Thank you Naeri

Very happy. We started with conversations and questions about the current space and how I want to use it going forward. I was most keen to open out the tiny rooms to an integrated kitchen dining living space and improve the light and warmth. Awanui have done really good plans and I’m really pleased and feel confident I’ve got what I want and it’s going to be amazing. About to start the build with Awanui’s support and input.
