Committed and loyal, Luke returned to my home to undertake a project much larger. Luke and his team at Avid Build completed a 40 sqm extension and gutted and redid the exisiting dwelling. Luke and the team at Avid genuinely care about delivering results and have a work ethic second to none. They are professional, punctual, and committed to see a job through to perfection. We had numerous builders provide quotes for our 100 year old bungalow renovations but the reassurance and confidence we got from Luke was exactly what we needed to commit to the project. Luke worked in with exactly what we wanted but also provided options the whole way though where he saw opportunities for improvement, while always being mindful of our budget. For us, the process was completely painless. The whole team were extremely pleasant and professional, Luke was effectively a project manager so the process flowed really well and always had our best interests at heart. On time, on budget and better than we planned. We cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

We engaged Luke and his team at Avid Build to convert a single garage into a bedroom, relocate a wall for a 2nd bedroom, upgrade the switchboard, plus other work around the property to meet Healthy Homes requirements. Not living locally we were reliant on Luke to complete the job on time and to a high standard. We weren't disappointed.
