Very poor experience working with contractors of Avanda Group to resolve issues at my newly consented property.

No response when asked multiple times for help fixing issues with our house. Absolute shocking service, worst I've ever encountered.

Built a house in a avanda group subdivision, everything was good until they decided to get greedy to maximize profits and build a lot of, in my opinion, slum housing, it ruined the whole subdivision, in 15 years when everything is worn down it's going to look bad (it looks bad now), would not trust avanda group they seem very slimy to maximize profits over aesthetics, i'd be extra pissed if my house was one of the million dollar properties. If you're rich in my opinion you should avoid investing with avanda group.

Not a good experience with them. Be very careful if purchasing or building. They will make excuses to keep the bond.

Unprofessional and no communication on completion of our purchased property. Delayed for over 2 1/2 years and still waiting - not sure who runs this company but its a complete embarrassment. Will be reporting to the Auckland council if we do not have our issues resolved soon.
