XL structural steel buildings are unique with much thought having gone into the design and detail giving a final finished product that is not only strong and practical but it is also pleasing to the eye making the investment a huge plus. The whole process of dealing with the team is one of clarity and action, they do what they say and for productivity you will struggle to get better. I personally would recommend this company to any prospective person looking for a proper purpose built structure.

Our first commercial build with XL Structural could not have been better. They provided the development of our concept plan for a 1400m2 commercial building (20m x 70m) here in Warkworth right through to architectural and structural drawings and plans, including shop drawings integrated with our pre-cast panel supplier, submitted to AKL council for BC, RFIs and then delivered the structure in the stages we required. Excellent after sales support and great quality steel (from Portugal) and excellent efficient design to install, integrating smoothly with our PC concrete panels. Will be using on our next project which I guess is the ultimate measure. Special thanks to Vern, Cam & Glenn - a great team and pleasure to work with.

Very well organized and kept us well informed throughout the project. Right form the design process, to the consent, to when the steel will be delivered to site. Their buildings are well designed and well constructed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a large purpose-built building. I hope to get to work with them again in the future.
