Oleg and his team has done an amazing job for our property in Green Bay. The house was in a terrible condition, it needed a lot of work. Oleg and team has replaced the existing exterior cladding and windows which was leaking. Both of bathrooms were very run down with swollen chipboard flooring due to leaking plus many other issues around the house that have been fixed by the team. The bathrooms and laundry room were completely transformed with great builder workmanship, nice porcelain tile flooring and beautifully installed fixtures! One of the bedroom has an old wardrobe in an not ideal location which was demolished and a new one being built in a new location which has transform the room completely! Oleg was easy to communicate throughout the process, he did a great job in coordination with our roofer, offered lots good suggestions, very reasonable pricing. He is a very genuine person, always think in your shoes. He is very reasonable when it comes to variations, where there is small ones, he did not even charge us. The work has been done for 7 months now and no issues.. My husband and I are very happy with his work and would highly recommend Arctic team to anyone for any renovation projects whether big or small that needs reliable builder works.
