I had met Tim the builder from Alder Homes 2-3years ago when he helped me with a renovation. Last week about 8 30pm l suddenly see water running out of the light socket in the lounge. I am 70 year old female who needs help. Ring Tim the builder. He was very supportive. Told me what to do. Turn off the lights and he would be around the next day. True to his word he came 3pm. Bought roofie traders with him and the problem was fixed in an hour. Can't thank Tim enough. Very professional. Took appropriate before and after photos for insurance. Fantastic communication. He had my best interests at heart. No job too small. I would recommend him for any jobs. Thank you Tim.
