Advance Build Warkworth - Prefabricated Display House

Raised in NZ, but now living overseas, it has always been a plan to return home to the family. On a trip home we noticed AB at Waipapa and after a chat with their show home rep, decided this was the perfect formula. We hatched our plan - Land first, AB next. In 2019 we found some land up north that would suit as a family holiday spot and, one day, to settle there. We started with the best house plan to fit our sloped site and AB modified as needed to get our home onto the site. We went with a Retreat 1 and modified and upgraded it to get the modern coastal look we were after. AB was in step with us all the way. Best of all they gave us a price and timeframe. We had a good idea of what we were getting and when. This is a very important part of any build, especially if you are doing it long distance. The house fits our brief perfectly, and we are delighted with it. We now have our lovely spot in NZ to share with our family and are closer to our dream of coming home. Given the 100's of details in building a house, we strongly recommend looking at the options AB has to offer. There is a lot of value in the management and oversight, it will save you time, money and stress if you are new to building. And even if you are like us, and have decades of experience in construction. Go with transportable, go with AB.
