Jeremy and his team completely renovated our old three bedroom one bathroom 120 year old house over the course of 2023. They coordinated and project managed the whole build and contributed excellent advice as well as working with our architect. We found them professional, and we were so impressed with the attention to detail, and perfect finishing. We could not be happier with the result. We now have a stunning four bedroom, two bathroom home, with convenience of modern fittings as well as sympathetic restoration of original features. Everyone who comes in asks who the building team were. We are very happy to recommend Accurate Builders, as a total package for new builds and renovations. We would give more than 5 stars if we could.

Got a leaky roof? Well, we had one. In fact, we have had one more than once. On both occasions, Jeremy was not only quick to respond to our crisis, but fixed the leak in a jiffy. What's more, we were pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Jeremy is not only professional, thorough and excellent at what he does, he's a top bloke, too. We highly recommend him.

We had Jeremy and his team doing the building work for a renovation project that included roof replacement, upgrading electrics, replacing some windows & flooring, and a full bathroom replacement as well as some other bits & pieces. My sister & I are based in Auckland & Wellington so we got Jeremy to select & manage the subcontractors, and we were happy with the transparency of their cost plus his standard markup. He & his team did a great job, and he chose the subbies well, everyone did excellent work. Jeremy also communicated really well, including sending us photos, and kept the place tidy for us.
