I wish I could give more stars but I can't. Richard no longer owns this business (the business was taken over recently) and we were happy with the bathroom renovation done many years ago when Richard was the owner. The new owner operator visited to discuss our bathroom renovation. I could sense strongly that he wasn't listening to my requirements and he tried to change my mind because it was 'easier' for him to build. A quote was going to be provided "asap". Twelve days later (8 business days) we are still waiting for the quote so I assume Absolute Bathrooms is not interested in the job. A courteous thanks but no thanks via email or phone call would have sufficed. Bad communication. Unprofessional.

Richard and his team did a complete bathroom renovation. We are just delighted with the result. I highly recommend Absolute Bathrooms. The quality of the work is excellent and our needs were understood. The job was every organized and was completed to the exact timeframe. Richard did a great job on our first bathroom but the new owner has not been able to provide the documentation required for counsel approval on the more recent job. All effort to prompt this along have not been responded to and it is now two years post the job and we would like to get the final sign-off on the work.

Richard came in and surveyed my existing bathroom which definitely required some sort of an uplift. After a brief discussiion and some useful input from Richard decisions were made. The job was carried out by his team of "guys"very professionally to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

CAUTION!! ended up with a shower install that needs to be ripped apart and re-done ~ Shower liner came away from the wall after 1 month and the installer didn't want to know about it ~ Going to cost allot more to fix than initial install ~ Don't waste you money using this cowboy
