Great people do deal with, good communication. Very helpful when having to decide which fire to purchase, and willing to listen to what we wanted. Good team, friendly team member, clean job. Great experience installing a heat pump. Our house desperately needed more efficient heating before second baby came along and we are really happy with the massive difference the heat pump has made. Easy, straightforward communication from Grant and unit was professionally installed by electrician despite it being a very difficult roof cavity. Would highly recommend.
