We had a fantastic experience with A1 Homes Kapiti during the construction of our new home. Their experience, attention to detail, and professionalism were evident throughout the project. Communication was seamless, we could not be happier with the final result. Huge thanks to Vicki, Tony and the whole team who made the whole building process such a nice experience. I could have never imagined building can go so smoothly. I highly recommend A1 Homes for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team to build their new home.

Not necessarily aimed at the kapiti crew, but me and my wife went to the homeshow In the manawatu a few weekends ago and as we are taking our first steps into homeownership (buying or building) we were speaking to various builders at the event and when we went to A1 the person there didn't even great us and looked at us like dirt and that we should die. Yes I know we are a young couple but you should still be trying to sell us on your product. Not ignore us, Thanks to whoever he was representing A1 homes he Not only lost a contract from us but all our friends and family too. My dad who is a ex English builder was less than impressed and was ready to rip into the guy. We have now chosen to go with someone else who was actually engaging and keen to see us get on the property ladder. If one thing comes of this review is that I hope this feed back finds the guy who was there and he gets a well deserved kick up the arse and ups his game. It was embarrassing.
