Alex was a pleasure to deal with all throughout the renovation process, from the initial quote in November where he made helpful suggestions, explained who and how he works with other companies, sent the quote in a timely fashion, and set an estimated start date right at the beginning. This allowed us time to get all other quotes in and set up prior to Christmas with the initial work to begin mid-January. The whole renovation has gone ultra-smoothly with Alex handling the bulk of the work himself, from destruction, relining, gib-stopping, painting, arranging sub-contractors and installing the new double-glazed windows and door himself. Thank you Alex for a fantastic experience, making what seemed such a huge job feel seamless. We highly recommend Alex for your next renovation. (The only thing left to go is the new kitchen installation, which the kitchen company is doing next week.)

Alex answered our call to upgrade our two bathrooms and arrived quickly which we hadn't experienced before. He took detailed measurements and made suggestions we hadn't even considered. He came back to us with a costed proposal which we took. He started almost immediately and keep us informed all through the process with no surprises unlike other companies who just gave a dollar figure and had to talk to us to find dimensions or had clauses which meant the price could vary upwards.
