The service is fantastic, they all ensured everything was done properly and to council requirements, making the process super smooth and fun. Lots of great ideas they gave us to ensure our new home will be perfect for us. 3D virtual reality experience was great for us as we could get a feel for the space before building. After receipt of a very generous donation from a member Te Awamutu Bowling Club decided to embark on an extensive renovation of its 100-year-old pavilion A committee was formed from existing members to plan and oversee these renovations. It soon became clear that the club and the committee were short of experience on these matters. It was indeed lucky that Architectural Design Ltd were recommended to us as a good place to start. We are grateful for their patience, professionalism and dedication to our project. David and his team worked closely with us providing design options, 3D renderings and videos to help our committee and members visualize and refine the design. Even as our project evolved over time, they continued to provide advice and refinements in a timely and cost-effective way. We highly recommend that any community group planning similar projects make David and his team at Architectural Design Ltd their first port of call.

The team at Architectural Design have been great! They were very quick to get our plans to us after taking the floor plan measurements, getting changes made to the plan during the build and have great ideas navigating a renovation. We have been working with Architectural for over two years now, and it gives us security that what we are doing is safe and accurate during the renovation. It helps that are a friendly bunch and always on hand for a chat about the project. They are also great at navigating the council regulations and consent. Would recommend!

We approached David & Liz to design to an extension to our house. He listened to our needs and came up with great ideas. They were helpful and accommodating to all our needs.
